DATA PRIVACY POLICY

Regulation No. 2016/679, known as the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), is a European Union regulation which constitutes the reference text for data protection. At any time you can:

  • Withdraw your consent

  • Access your data

  • Edit your data

  • Request to erase your data

  • Request to transfer your data to a third party (this is called the “right to portability”)

1. DATA MANAGEMENTPERSONAL ES

In France, personal data is notably protected by law n° 78-87 of January 6, 1978, law n° 2004-801 of August 6, 2004, article L. 226-13 of the Penal Code and the European Directive of October 24, 1995.

When using the site www.coachinmotion.worldmay be collected: the URL of the links through which the user accessed the site;www.coachinmotion.world, the user's access provider, the user's Internet protocol (IP) address.

In any case, SASU Coach in Motion only collects personal information relating to the user for the purposes of certain services offered by the site www.coachinmotion.world. The user provides this information in full knowledge of the facts, particularly when he enters it himself. It is then specified to the user of the site;www.coachinmotion.world the obligation or not to provide this information.

Your rights over the data concerning you

In accordance with the provisions of articles 38 and following of law 78-17 of January 6, 1978 relating to data processing, files and freedoms, any user has a right of access, rectification, deletion, opposition or limitation to the processing of personal data concerning him by making a written and signed request, accompanied by a copy of the identity document with signature of the holder of the document, specifying the address to which the response must be sent.  ;

Use and transmission of your personal data

No personal information of the user of the site;www.coachinmotion.worldis not published without the user's knowledge, exchanged, transferred, assigned or sold on any medium to third parties. Only the hypothesis of the repurchase of SASU Coach in Motion and its rights would allow the transmission of said information to the possible purchaser who would in turn be bound by the same obligation of conservation and modification of the data with respect to the site userwww.coachinmotion.world.

The site is not declared to the CNIL because it does not collect personal information. 

The databases are protected by the provisions of the law of July 1, 1998 transposing directive 96/9 of March 11, 1996 relating to the legal protection of databases.

2. HYPERTEXT LINKS AND EMBEDDED CONTENT FROM OTHER SITES​

The sitewww.coachinmotion.worldmay include a number of hypertext links to other sites, set up with the authorization of Coach in Motion. However, Coach in Motion is not able to verify the content of the sites visited, and will therefore assume no responsibility for this.

Articles on this site may also include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Content embedded from other sites behaves the same as if the visitor went to that other site. These websites could collect data about you, use cookies, embed third-party tracking tools, track your interactions with this embedded content if you have an account connected to their website.

3. COOKIES

Navigation on the sitewww.coachinmotion.worldmay cause the installation of cookie(s) on the user's computer. A cookie is a small file, which does not allow the identification of the user, but which records information relating to the navigation of a computer on a site. The data thus obtained aims to facilitate subsequent navigation on the site, and is also intended to enable various traffic measurements.

  • Under Safari: Click at the top right of the browser on the menu pictogram (symbolized by a cog). Select Settings. Click Show advanced settings. In the “Privacy” section, click Content Settings. In the “Cookies” section you can block cookies.

  • Under Chrome: Click at the top right of the browser on the menu pictogram (symbolized by three horizontal lines). Select Settings. Click Show advanced settings. In the “Privacy” section, click Preferences. In the “Privacy” tab, you can block cookies.

If you leave a comment on this site, you will be asked to save your name, email address and website in cookies. This is only for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in this information if you leave another comment later. These cookies expire after one year. 

If you go to the login page, a temporary cookie will be created to determine whether your browser accepts cookies. It does not contain personal data and will be deleted automatically when you close your browser.

When you log in, we will set up a number of cookies to save your login information and screen preferences. The lifespan of a connection cookie is two days, that of a screen option cookie is one year. If you check “Remember me”, your login cookie will be retained for two weeks. If you log out of your account, the login cookie will be deleted. By editing or publishing a post, an additional cookie will be stored in your browser. This cookie does not include any personal data. It simply shows the ID of the post you just edited. It expires after one day. 

4. DURATION OF STORAGE OF YOUR DATA

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This allows subsequent comments to be automatically recognized and approved instead of leaving them in the moderation queue.

For accounts that register on our site (if applicable), we also store the personal data indicated in their profile. All accounts can view, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except their ID). Site managers can also view and modify this information.

SASU Coach in Motion keeps the personal data collected when subscribing to the newsletter (first name and email) as long as the person does not contact the company by email or postal mail.

5. COMPLAINT WITH THE CNIL

If you believe, after contacting us, that your rights over your data are not respected, you can send a claim (complaint) to the CNIL.

6. APPLICABLE LAW AND ATTRIBUTION OF JURISDICTION

Any dispute relating to the use of the site www.coachinmotion.world is subject to French law. Exclusive jurisdiction is granted to the competent courts of Bordeaux.
